How the Email Fix works
Emails land in junk for a handful of reasons, and most of them come down to one tool that isn't set up to send for your business. The Email Fix checks each of your tools with a real email, tells you in plain English what's wrong, and gives you the steps to fix it. You don't need to know anything about how email works.
Send a few test emails
Right after you sign up, we email you a private address. Send one ordinary email to it from each place you send email from: Outlook or Gmail, an invoice from QuickBooks, a newsletter from Mailchimp, a reminder from your booking system.
Not sure which tools you use? Your results page also lists the ones we can see set up for your business, in case you've forgotten one.
Read your results in plain English
For each tool you get a simple answer: Working, One thing to fix, or Needs to be set up. Then what it means for you and what to do about it. We also check whether your business is on any spam blocklists.
Everything is saved on a private results page you can come back to any time.
Follow the steps, or forward them
Every fix comes as numbered steps for the sites you actually use: “Log in to Mailchimp. Click Domains. Click Authenticate.” If the steps involve your domain's settings, we name where they're managed (often GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Wix or your web host).
Rather not do it yourself? Every result has a section for whoever looks after your website, with click-by-click instructions. Just forward the email. Stuck on a step? Reply to any of our emails and we'll help you through it.
When you're done, send another test email and you'll see it turn to Working.
See everyone sending email in your name
Part of your plan is one setting that only watches. It doesn't change or block any of your email. With it, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and others send us a daily summary of every email that claimed to come from your business.
After a week you see the full picture: every tool sending as you, including ones nobody remembered, and anyone pretending to be you.
Keep it working
Email setups drift. Someone adds a new tool, a website move deletes a setting, a scammer starts using your name. SenderFix Monitor catches it the same week, so you hear about it from us instead of from a customer.
Your first month is included with the Email Fix. After that it's $19 a month per domain. Cancel any time.
Step by step to full protection from fake emails
Nothing is blocked. You see everyone sending email in your name. Everyone starts here.
Emails pretending to be you go to junk instead of the inbox. Scammers lose most of their reach.
Emails pretending to be you are refused. Only you can send as your business.
Moving to the next step too early could block some of your own real emails, so we only suggest it after every tool has been working for at least two weeks, and a person reviews every suggestion before you get it.
What we won't do
We won't promise your email will land in the inbox. Nobody can honestly guarantee that. We won't log in to your systems or ask for passwords. We fix settings, not how email is sent: if a business emails people who never asked to hear from it, Gmail and Outlook filter that however good the settings are. And if your problem turns out to be something we can't help with, we'll say so.
If we can't find what's wrong with your email settings, you get your $299 back.
$299 one time for the Email Fix. Monitoring: your first month is included, then it's $19 a month. Or pay $190 for the year today (two months free). Cancel any time.

It takes about ninety seconds and you don't have to talk to anyone. If your grade is fine, great. If it's not, you'll see exactly where you stand.
