Questions

I run the business from my phone. Can I do this?

Sending the test emails works fine from your phone. The setting changes are easier on a computer. If you'd rather not, forward the steps to whoever built your website, or pick Done with you and we make the changes together on a screen-share call.

I don't know who looks after my domain. Is that a problem?

No. Most people don't. When we can tell where your domain is managed (often GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Wix or your web host), your steps name it and say where to click.

Leads from my website form have gone quiet. Is that the same thing?

It can be. Website forms send email too, and that email can go missing like any other. Send a test from your form and your results say whether it's set up properly. Contact form emails not arriving

How quickly will it start working?
