SenderFix
For law offices

A client says they never got the engagement letter.

Client emails, engagement letters and invoices go out from your mailbox, your practice software and your billing tool. SenderFix tests each one and tells you what to change. We never see client email.

Junk“I didn't know you needed that from me.”Your request for documents went to junk, and now the deadline is close.
Junk“This is the first invoice I've seen.”Three months of invoices, and the client only saw the one you mailed on paper.
WHAT WE CHECK

Every place your email comes from.

Each tool sends email its own way, and each one can end up in junk on its own. Using something not listed here? Send a test from it too. Anything that sends email with your address on it gets checked.

  • Your practice management softwareClient emails, reminders and invoices. For example Clio, MyCase or PracticePanther.
  • Your everyday mailboxThe emails you and your staff write, usually from Outlook.
  • Your e-signature toolEngagement letters sent for signing, for example from DocuSign.
  • Your website's intake formNew client inquiries, which are meant to reach you.

Is this for you?

It’s for you if
  • Your business email uses your own web address, like you@yourbusiness.com.
  • A customer told you they didn't get your email, or your invoices, estimates or newsletters are landing in junk.
  • You don't have an IT person, or you'd rather not wait on one.
It’s probably not for you if
  • You send from a Gmail, Yahoo or Outlook.com address. There's nothing on your end to fix until your email uses your own domain.
  • You send cold email or bulk lists and want to get past spam filters. We fix your setup, not how you send.
  • An IT company already looks after your email. They might like our partner pricing. For partners

How it works

  1. Check your email freeType your website. In about 90 seconds you get a grade from A to F and what it means for you.
  2. Send one test from each toolWe give you a private address. Send one ordinary email to it from Outlook, your practice software and your e-signature tool. You get plain steps for each one that needs a fix.
  3. Fix it yourself or with usFollow the steps, forward them to whoever looks after your website, or fix it with us on a call. After that we check every week.

Two ways to fix it

One-time price per domain. Your first month of SenderFix Monitor is included with either, then it’s $19 a month.

Questions

Can you see our client emails?

No. We only look at the test emails you send us, so keep anything about a client out of them. The daily reports we get from Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo contain counts and server addresses, never anyone's messages.

Do you need access to our email or practice software?

No. We never ask for passwords or log in to anything. You, or whoever looks after your website, make the changes. Your steps say exactly what to click.

Someone sent fake invoices that looked like they came from us. Can you help?

We can show you who is sending email in your firm's name, and your steps include the setting that tells Gmail and Outlook to turn away email that isn't really from you. That gets turned up in steps over a few weeks, so nothing real is blocked. Someone is sending email as me

Can you promise every email will reach the inbox?

No one honestly can. Gmail and Outlook make that call. We make sure every tool you send from is set up properly for your domain, find what's hurting you, and tell you plainly if something can't be fixed on your end.
