Know the moment someone sends email pretending to be you.
SenderFix watches your business's email every day and tells you in plain English when something's wrong: fake emails in your name, a tool that stops sending properly, or a setting that changed. Most weeks, it's one short email saying all is well.
$29 a month on its own, or $19 a month with the Email Fix. Two months free if you pay yearly. Cancel any time.
What we watch for you
Fake emails in your name
Scammers send fake invoices and payment requests that look like they came from you. We tell you when email claiming to be from your business comes from somewhere you don't use.
A tool that stops sending properly
Your invoicing app, your website's contact form, your newsletter tool. If one of them starts failing the checks Gmail and Outlook run, its emails head for junk. We spot it and say which one.
A setting that gets changed
A new web host, a helpful nephew, a domain renewal gone sideways. If the email settings on your domain change, you hear about it the next day, not when a client mentions a missing invoice.
Landing on a spam blocklist
If your business turns up on one of the lists spam filters use, we tell you, along with the common causes and where to look.
Short, plain, and only when it matters.
Examples below use a made-up business, Maple Street Landscaping. Yours will name your own tools and domain.
Everything sending email for maplestreetlandscaping.com is working.
Your email account, your invoicing app and your website's contact form all passed this week. Nothing to do.
This week, email claiming to come from maplestreetlandscaping.com came from a service you don't use. It wasn't you.
What to do: nothing urgent. Your settings told Gmail and Outlook to send those to junk. We'll keep watching.
A one-page summary of the month: what's sending email for you, what passed, what we caught.
Keep it for your records, or share it with your insurer when they ask how you protect your email.
Who it's for
Businesses that send invoices
If clients pay you from emails you send, you need those emails to arrive, and you need to know if someone fakes one.
Anyone whose insurer asks about email
Cyber insurance forms often ask how you protect against fake emails. The monthly report gives you something to show them.
IT people, MSPs and web designers

If your email needs fixing first, the Email Fix ($299 one time) finds what's wrong and walks you through it. Monitoring is included for the first month, then $19 a month or $190 a year.
- A short weekly email: is everything still working?
- An alert if one of your tools stops working
- An alert if someone starts sending email pretending to be you
- An alert if your business lands on a spam blocklist or a setting gets changed
- A monthly Email Health Report you can keep for your records or share with your insurer
- Help moving to full protection against fake emails, one reviewed step at a time
DMARC report monitoring, without the XML.
SenderFix receives and reads the DMARC aggregate (rua) reports for each domain, plus daily checks of the domain's email records, and turns them into alerts and reports a business owner can follow.
- Aggregate reports from the mailbox providers that send them, parsed and grouped by sending service.
- SPF and DKIM results per source, so you can see which tool fails alignment and why.
- Daily checks of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records, with an alert when one changes.
- IP and domain blocklist checks (Barracuda, SpamCop, SURBL).
- A guided move from p=none to quarantine and then reject, with a readiness check before each step.
- Every client domain in one account, with reports written for the client and a technical section for you.
One DMARC record. With no record yet, we give you one that starts at p=none. With a record already in place, every tag stays as it is and our address is added to rua alongside any existing ones.
_dmarc.yourdomain.com TXT "v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:<your-unique-address>@senderfixreports.com"Each domain gets its own report address when you add it to your account.
Questions
Do I need the Email Fix first?
No. If your email is already working, SenderFix Monitor works on its own for $29 a month. If something needs fixing later, buy the Email Fix any time and your monitoring drops to $19 a month.
Will this change how my email works?
No. You add one setting where your domain is managed so that Gmail, Outlook and other providers send us their daily summaries of email sent in your name. Your email keeps working exactly as it does today.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. We show the exact setting to add, with steps for where your domain is managed (often GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Squarespace, Wix or your web host). You can also forward the steps to whoever looks after your website.
What does an alert look like?
A short email in plain English: what we found, what it means for you, and what to do, with a section at the bottom your IT person or web developer can follow click by click.
Can I watch more than one domain?
Yes. Every domain you add shows up in one account, which is how IT people, web designers and bookkeepers keep an eye on their clients.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from your account. No contract.
